Upper Hurstville | – Security District
Security District Board of Commissioners and Residents Association which work to maintain security and quality of life on the squares bounded by Magazine St., Exposition Blvd., Prytania St. & Nashville Ave. The Security district budget is funded by parcel fees on non exempt parcels, and the Resident's Association is funded by membership dues. Both boards are made up of property owners in the district who volunteer to serve.

Attention Upper Hurstville Security District property owners,  Please be advised that 2020 UHSD parcel fee of $475.00 was inadvertently excluded from the property tax bills mailed out in December 2019. The City has added the $475 fee to the account balances of non-exempt property owners and will send an additional bill for the parcel fee as soon as possible. A Crime prevention reminder from NOPD second district below regarding the recent rise in automobile theft and burglary. This statistic stands out:  In October, 22 vehicles were been reported stolen.
